Emotional Freedom Technique is a simple yet very effective tool to support you in healing at a subconscious level. EFT focuses on utilising certain pressure points on the meridian points (ie top of the head, above the brows, temples, below the eyes, chin, collar bones, etc).
There is a growing body of research to show that EFT is very useful in treating unresolved trauma.

My goal is to help clients to develop greater understanding of themselves as well provide them with the practical tools and resources to navigate life’s changes and challenges. I believe that seeking help or counselling is a sign of great strength and commitment.
Through a session, we would engage in talk therapy, using techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused brief therapy, and dance/movement therapy.
