I offer a non-judgemental and collaborative approach to therapy. In the sessions we work with integrative psychotherapy, which is a short term therapy that takes about 5-15 sessions. It is an integrated approach that combines a number of therapy styles and techniques that allow flexibility and assures you with long term results. In the sessions we focus on your existing inner potentials so that you can find your solutions in yourself. To process your trauma we will work with EMDR.
Utilizing aspects of human design, we will go deep to activate your soul in this session. Human design is a system that combines aspects of astrology, the chakras and more to give you insight into your true nature. It serves as a permission slip to be who you’ve always been. When we understand what is innately ours, we can start to decondition from what we are not and live in more alignment, ease and flow. This 1 hour reading will not only explore your unique design, but also give you practical tools and tips on how to apply it to your everyday life. Everyone has a unique blueprint they came into this world with- discover yours today.
During these sessions you will need to be seated or lying down - the healing session requires ‘stillness’ and ‘silence.‘ Universal Life Force Energy will then be directed to you.
The healing session lasts for a duration of 45-60mins - during the first 30 minutes the connection is established and the transference of energy begins. You are then required to ‘consolidate’ the ‘transmitted energy’ for 15-20 minutes minimum, this is achieved by lying down and resting/relaxing.
