For those who are not sure what coaching is; as a coach I will facilitate your thinking process by asking the right questions or have you do specific excercises. This is without judgement, at your pace and in a way that keeps your focus. We will do this together and be aware that sometimes it can be confrontational. Understand that most answers are already in you, we will work together to bring them to the concious level so that a mindshift can happen when required.
If you need something to change in your life, understand that it is normal to resist to any change that you think might help you. The process is not as easy as sometimes commercially put. Regular booster sessions should be part of your trajectory towards a significant 'life-change'.
