Beheld Wellness Coaching
This session includes an in-depth consultation to assess your wellness needs and goals.
There is a strong spiritual (non religious) aspect to Beheld Wellness Coaching that includes self care and connecting to a greater sense of who you are.
Together we look into your lifestyle and how to support your spiritual, mental and physical health holistically.
From the information gathered from this session we go on to create a personal programme of 2/3/6 months 1:1 wellness coaching.
