Hey! I would say it depends on where you are at in the dream practice and what your goals are. If you are new to lucid dreaming, it may take more than one session if you are wanting to learn how to lucid dream. But we can definitely cover a lot of the basics in one session! Also, I just ran a 4-Day workshop called Intro to Dreaming that covers the basics of dreaming/lucid dreaming! It was a live workshop; recordings are available if that interests you! Let me know what works best for you!

We will start the session with an explanation of LIIFT UnTherapy. We will then establish a numerical baseline showing the level of life dysfunction that you want to heal. This service is meant as an opportunity for first time clients who are interested in coaching and want to learn more. Coaching helps get you from where you are to where you want to be. My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.
